We were contacted by the homeowner to investigate claims of voices, growls, and manipulation of objects. We used only 2 investigators for this case, Matt and Jim to keep noise disturbance down to a minimum. We started out in the attic area where we got a few noises and what sounded like horse hooves clanking on a street. We moved to the 2nd floor which was said to be where most of the activity was centered. We did not get any evidence here and experienced nothing. We moved to the basement and investigated for about 45 minutes. While we were down there, both Matt and Jim heard a very loud growl coming from in between them. This happened twice and was captured on our equipment. The growl was centered on the floor between them as they were roughly 4 feet apart sitting on the floor. There was no other activity in the basement and we could not get anything else to communicate. The homeowner was very concerned as this had some of the markings as a demonic attachment. We had a well known minister come down and preform a house blessing. Before the house blessing there was reported activity every night. After the blessing we were imformed that the house felt brighter and all activity had stopped.
We were contacted by the director of the library to investigate claims of books flying off of shelves, the sound of pool balls clanking, and the phone ringing upstairs and the call coming from the first floor. We investigated for a couple hours with 2 teams. We did not capture any books flying off the shelves and no phone rang. We did capture a few evp's from the basement area and also the upper floor. This building was once home to the fire department. There was also a claim of a man hanging himself in the bell tower. We did get some whispers in the bell tower. While we were all upstairs in the childrens section, Jim heard the sound of pool balls clanking and also a door opening up. Also the walkie talkie went off that Jim had and the other one was left downstairs on our dvr table. Nobody was in that area when this happened. We had a good time at the library and hope to investigate there in the future. Please check out the EVP'S from the library! We investigated the Jenny Wade house for about 4 hrs. The house is really hard to do since its so old and so creaky. You cant breath without making the floors creak so audio was very hard to get. We did not get anything on video. We did get a greenish colored light anomaly in one of the upsatirs rooms. We captured a few EVP'S from there as well. At one point Eric did a knocking sequence in the kitchen area and got the same sequence back. We really didnt have alot of personal experiences in there, but thats how it goes sometimes. I will post the evp's as soon as I can.
We contacted the theatre to investigate claims of shadows, whispers, apparitions, footsteps and poltergiest activity. We arrived at 7 pm to set up our equipment. This was our biggest investigation to date. We had 8 investigators at the location. We split up into 4 groups of 2. Every group had some sort of activity from knocks, strange noises, and shadows. During our setup one of our investigators had a door close on him while he was walking into what we called the poltergeist room. The most impressive room was a room we called the black box room. This room had previous complaints of whispers, shadows, and also a black mist was seen. We had our new laser grid set up on the catwalk above the black box room. At one point in the night Jim and Larry were conducting an EVP session when they started noticing movement up on the catwalk. They also got a direct response to a knocking sequence they did. This area seemed to have the most activity out of the theatre.
There was a claim of a cold breeze and an apparition appearing floating in mid air where an old catwalk was. And this was said to happen at around 10 pm. So we sent Chuck, Larry, and the theatre's director to this area around 10 pm. They did not see the apparition but did notice cold spots that they couldnt explain. Also there was a loud bang and a noise that sounded like the back door was being opened, but noone was there. We were able to get some EVP'S from the theatre, but no substantial video. We had 2 digital photos that I am still not sure about. I had another well known paranormal investigator take a look at these photos, and he said he could not explain it. I want to take these to an expert photographer to see what they can tell me. We had a blast investigating the theatre and will be doing a secondary investigation later this year. We have also been asked to host a Halloween tour at the theatre. This is a great honor for us and we appreciate it greatly! We were contacted by the homeowner to investigate claims of footsteps, shadows, odd noises, and strange smells. We were informed that the previous owner and the homeowners father had passed away in the home. They claim to hear their father walking up the steps in which he used to always enter the home. They also smell his cologne and cigarette smoke. The dogs also have been known to react to this presense. We set up 4 dvr cameras in the "hot spots" to try and capture something on video. We used 3 audio recorders along with 2 mini dvs. We also broke out our new ghost box in an attempt to communicate with any spirits. While investigating we did notice bangs or footsteps coming from the hallway area near where the apparition was seen. We also had emf spikes and cold spots throughout the house. We could not find any reason for this. At one point one of our investigators smelled smoke while watching the dvr. Unfortunately we were unable to capture anything on video.
We did capture some evps from the house, 2 of which are what are considered class A evps. We took about 150 digital pictures but nothing was captured on the camera. We had an interesting K2 session in the basement area of the house. The session lasted around 40 minutes. At one point we had all our investigators involved in the session. We tried desperately to find any reason for these K2 hits, but were unable to. We believe that the spirit of the previous owner was communicating with us. The homeowner was very pleased with our findings and they are looking forward to us doing another investigation.
We were contacted by the occupant to investigate claims of hearing voices, attic door opening by itself, being touched in the kitchen area, and the master bedroom door shutting on its own. We were informed that this building was once a retirement home, although this is not yet confirmed.
We contacted the business owner to investigate claims of an apparition of a little boy and a woman sitting at a dining room table. Also there are claims of noises and footsteps from the stairwell heading into the wine cellar. We were informed of a former employee who went up to the banquet room to retrieve something when she was seen running out of the building never to return again. There are also claims of a baby crying in room 9 along with footsteps in the hallway. There was no claims of activity in the penthouse area.

We were contacted by the homeowner to investigate claims of an apparition of a soldier, objects moving, appliances turning on/off, and shadows. House was built in 1994 in a rural area, surrounded by corn fields and trees. During the investigation, 4 of our investigators heard what sounded like someone crushed a soda can. They were all seated and not talking. We had digital voice recorders running at the time, but nothing showed up upon review. We did notice a stone wall in a field behind the house that looked as if it was built long ago. We are not sure if this could possibly have anything to do with the claim of a soldier apparition. We did notice moving cold spots, that seemed to move towards the basement. We were able to get a couple orb pictures. Although we do not consider orbs paranormal, we felt it was worth noting since they seemed to coincide with the cold spots. We were unable to gather any evidence on video. Nothing else was reported by our investigators that night. In closing we were able to track moving cold spots and orb pics to go along with them. Also the sound of the can being crushed, although it was not caught by our digital voice recorder. We informed the homeowner of our findings and asked them to keep a log of the time and date of any further occurences.
We were contacted by the homeowner to investigate claims of shadows, cold spots, strange smells, and footsteps. The house is believed to once be a part of the under ground railroad, although this is not confirmed. Homeowner informed us that they would sometimes smell the scent of the aftershave and cologne that her late husband used to wear. During the investigation, 2 of our crew reported hearing footsteps coming from the 2nd floor, while no one was up there. They also had strange K2 hits in the master bedroom. The K2 meter lit up in the middle of the bed while they were doing an evp session. There was no reasonable explanation for this because there was nothing nearby to get hits like that. Another time one of our crew asked can you make a noise and right after they heard a bang on the wall right beside them. In the basement of the home we were able to capture 2 evps that we cannot explain. One seemed to be some sort of cry or a squeaky door. And the other one was sounds of footsteps and banging. And there was no one down in the basement at the time both were caught. The team was all on the 2nd floor, so we are not sure what made those noises.
We did not experience any cold spots, shadows, or smells. We were unable to catch anything on video. We did get 2 orb pics. Although we dont consider orbs as paranormal, these pictures were odd. The one had a red orb next to the ceiling. At first we thought it was a light bulb hanging down, but upon further review we noticed there was no light bulbs near it. We couldn't find anything that we could think of as being able to create a reflexion like that. We informed the homeowner of our findings and told them to gives us a call should it become bothersome.
We were contacted by the homeowner to investigate claims of strange lights, shadows, and just an overall creepy feeling at one spot in the basement. There was also a claim of noises and shadows from the barn. The house is an old farm house surrounded by fields. There was a report of a girl commiting suicide on the property, but this cannot be confirmed. While out in the barn (which is not occupied by animals) 3 of our investigators reported seein a shadow figure walk by a window. They rushed outside to find no one there. We didnt catch anything on video, digital pictures, or evps in the barn. In the basement of the home, 2 of our crew experienced poltergeist activity. Three different times, items were thrown. We were unable to catch this on video, but we did get it on audio. The last time this happened, a fishing reel was thrown at the head of one of our investigators. He said it brushed the back of his head. We were able to catch 6 evps from this area also.
One of these evps was a direct response to a question asked. We asked if they left and we got a yeah. Another time we caught one saying one of our investigators name. And probably one of the creepiest evp's we have ever heard, this one sounded like a long drawn out breath or sigh. And this was caught while no one was in the house. Upstairs in the master bedroom where there were claims of strange lights moving across the room, we had one of our dvr cameras. At one point the camera started to shake like someone was playing with it, although nobody was in the room. We were not able to catch any strange lights. All in all this was a great investigation, we had a lot of activity in the basement. We have informed the homeowner that we would like to come back and investigate further. This case is still open.
